Lead Web/Graphic Designer

Creating beautiful content both for our website and for our clients is very crucial to us. By joining our team, you’ll get the opportunity to work on various projects with designers, developers, and front-end experts.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Design digital products such as features for the Web
•  Collaborating with the creative director and other team members to create new designs or refine existing ones
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and goals, then creating designs that meet those needs and meet the client’s approval
• Prepare design drafts and mock-ups for presenting ideas
• Maintain consistency within the company’s brand and be compliant with legal and copyright standards, processes and procedures
• Remain up to date with recent technological and software development within the web and graphic design field
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, are on-brand and meet the designated media type requirements
• Communicate internally amongst multiple PMS and instant messaging tools to keep the team and yourself in sync
• To have an understanding of the products side and business needs 
• Conceptualizing creative ideas
• Testing and improving the design of the website or landing pages
• Creating a design system
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and other graphic design principles

Main requirements:

• BA/MA or relevant certification in web or graphic design
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• English well spoken and written is a MUST
• Strong graphic design skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with animations is preferred
• Requires high-level strategic/ creative thinking
• Knowledge of industry trend
• Knowledge of After Effects would be a plus
• Ability to work autonomously yet have good team-working skills
• Solid artistic foundation (understanding of colour, composition, and lighting
• Good visual culture in various fields (architecture, design, movies, comics, games, etc.)

Responsibilities

•  Handle a high volume of projects at any given time while making sure that the projects are processed in a consistent and timely manner
•  Work on design projects, from concentration to delivery
•  Refine images, fonts and layouts, using graphic design software
•  Apply typography techniques
•  Time management skills and a high degree of punctuation
