Tech Recruiter (Part-time/Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our IT company.
As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growing team.
This is a part-time remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process providing timely updates and feedback
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
• Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
• Familiarity with IT industry roles and technologies
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit effectively
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills is a MUST
