Tech Recruiter (Part-time/Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our IT company.
As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growing team.
This is a part-time remote position.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process providing timely updates and feedback
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Proven work experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Familiarity with IT industry roles and technologies
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit effectively
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills is a MUST
