Brainstorm, a software development company is currently hiring a UX/UI Designer for our office based in Yerevan, Armenia. As the UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for solving design problems, wearing multiple hats and owning all facets of the design phase, including wireframing, art direction, and interaction design. The ideal candidate should have sharp attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently while remaining accountable and meeting project deadlines.  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to help ideate, wireframe, design, and prototype websites.
• Combine strong visual thinking with UI skills to create engaging digital experiences. 
• Collaborate with the team to use the client’s brand, audience, messaging, and overarching goals to influence design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to create detailed site functionality and interaction notes providing a seamless handoff from design to development.
• Engage in review sessions with other designers to give and receive constructive feedback to help ensure the best results and be able to back up design choices.
• Communicate internally amongst multiple PMs and instant messaging tools to keep the team and yourself in sync.
• Time management skills and a high degree of punctuation, making sure that all tasks and projects are processed in a consistent and timely manner.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role, websites, e-commerce, landing pages or similar.
• Solid understanding of composition, colour, layout, aesthetics, and balance.
• Savvy on mobile-first design strategy.
• English level B2 both spoken and written IS A MUST
• Experience in website development lifecycles for first-time websites and redesigns.
• Proficient in Figma with a strong understanding of prototyping and animation skills. 
• Experience in a client-facing role and presentation skills. 
• Experience with interactive digital experiences on the web is preferred.
• Understanding of content strategy and information architecture is preferred.
